simer: Data Simulation for Life Science and Breeding

Data simulator including genotype, phenotype, pedigree, selection and reproduction in R. It simulates most of reproduction process of animals or plants and provides data for GS (Genomic Selection), GWAS (Genome-Wide Association Study), and Breeding.
