tidyILD: Tidy Intensive Longitudinal Data Analysis

An opinionated, tidyverse-native toolkit for intensive longitudinal data (ILD). Encodes time structure, enforces within-between decomposition, provides spacing-aware lags, and integrates diagnostics and visualization.
