SurvMetrics: Predictive Evaluation Metrics in Survival Analysis

An implementation of popular evaluation metrics that are commonly used in survival prediction including Concordance Index, Brier Score, Integrated Brier Score, Integrated Square Error, Integrated Absolute Error and Mean Absolute Error.
