Implements Surprisal analysis for gene expression data such as RNA-seq or microarray experiments. Surprisal analysis is an information-theoretic method that decomposes gene expression data into a baseline state and constraint-associated deviations, capturing coordinated gene expression patterns under different biological conditions.
