User-visible changes

In sisalData(), default value of dataset has been changed due to missing online datasets (invalid URLs).

Bug fixes

In internal function validDetails.sisalTable(), fixed two cases where && was using arguments of length more than one. Thanks to Henrik Bengtsson for reporting the bug.
In sisal(), text progress bar (if used) is closed after use.
