Implements robust ratio-cum-product estimators using auxiliary medians for estimating the population mean under simple random sampling without replacement (SRSWOR). Provides analytical optimal tuning parameters, bias, Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Percent Relative Efficiency (PRE) evaluations.
