the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0,
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), the same terms as the
companion paper's data archive. The regimes and caladenia_dormancy tables
are constructed or transcribed values and carry the package licence.
