panelTool aligns irregularly spaced longitudinal observations to regular panels. Best for:

• longitudinal data requiring harmonization to pre-specified intervals
• Clinical trials with variable patient visit schedules
• Electronic health record (EHR) data analysis
• Observational studies with flexible follow-up timing

Installation

You can install the development version of panelTool from GitHub with:
