namegender: Client for the 'NameGender' Name-to-Gender API

Infer the likely gender of first names, email addresses and usernames, and the country distribution of a name, through the 'NameGender' web API <https://namegender.com>. Each answer carries the share and number of records behind it and the data version that produced it, so results can be reported and reproduced in research. Also returns letter salutations, checks whether a name looks like a real person's name, runs 'CSV' and 'XLSX' files as file jobs, and verifies the signature of 'NameGender' webhooks. An API key is needed.
