Added error message if "median" is a named column used in stat.data or panel.data input to mmplot. This was creating an error in the plot call that was unclear.

Fix to CRS strings for stale sp data objects included with the package. This was done in anticipation of updates to sp and rgdal. This affects the USstates, WSA3, and OrEcoLevel3 data objects used in the examples and the txeco data object used in the vignette.
