matlabr Package:

matlabr is an R package to call MATLAB directly using system command. This is a simple package that tries to get around using R.matlab and a MATLAB server.

Installation

You can install the stable version on CRAN:

install.packages('matlabr', dependencies = TRUE)

You can install matlabr from GitHub with:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("muschellij2/matlabr")

These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
They may not be fully stable and should be used with caution. We make no claims about them.
