Provides a reproducible R implementation of the American Heart Association Life's Essential 8 cardiovascular health scoring framework for complete adult records from people aged 20 years or older. Calculates the eight component scores and their unweighted composite score using the 2022 adult definition described by Lloyd-Jones et al. (2022) <doi:10.1161/CIR.0000000000001078>.
