chiOpenData: Convenient Access to Chicago Open Data API Endpoints
Provides simple, reproducible access to datasets from the
Chicago Open Data portal <https://data.cityofchicago.org/>. Functions return
results as tidy tibbles and support optional filtering, sorting,
and row limits via the Socrata API.
