read_out() and read_out_dir() parse
‘APSIM’ Classic .out files, keeping units per column and
treating ? as missing rather than zero.gof() reports the calibration and validation statistics
used in crop-model papers, including the Willmott decomposition of RMSE
and the standard deviation of the observations alongside RMSE.plot_series() draws multi-variable, multi-treatment
timelines with an optional secondary axis and calibration/validation
shading.sens_anova(), sens_oat() and
sens_range() quantify the sensitivity of an output to
treatment factors.build_figure() assembles panels into a manuscript
figure; save_pub() writes it at journal column widths.run_app() starts a ‘shiny’ interface that refreshes
incrementally as ‘APSIM’ rewrites its output.These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
