Initial CRAN release

• dist_spec() for user-defined univariate distributions (PDF, CDF, quantile, and/or survival function).
• Twenty-two censoring / truncation schemes, each with a dedicated function and reproducible seed argument: complete, right truncation, left truncation, random, right, left, interval, middle, block random, Type-I, Type-II, progressive Type-II, progressive first failure, joint Type-I, joint Type-II, balanced joint progressive Type-II (BJPT-II), hybrid, hybrid Type-I, doubly Type-II, Type-I hybrid, hybrid Type-II, and Type-II progressively hybrid censoring.
• Diagnostic plots: histogram with PDF overlay, dot plot, and ACF panel.
• Comprehensive test suite covering reproducibility and scheme invariants.

These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
They may not be fully stable and should be used with caution. We make no claims about them.
