validate_stic_data now produces a data frame pairing
STIC data with field observations.qaqc_stic_data now requires user input for certain
arguments that previously had defaults, and changed input argument name
to inspect_deviation to align with output code.These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
They may not be fully stable and should be used with caution. We make no claims about them.
