Provides methods for analysing datasets containing quantitative, qualitative, binary, and ordinal traits. Computes mixed-trait dissimilarities and performs hierarchical clustering using multiple linkage methods. Supports principal coordinates analysis (PCoA), cluster evaluation, trait contribution analysis, and graphical visualization.
