DSAIDE: Dynamical Systems Approach to Infectious Disease Epidemiology (Ecology/Evolution)

Exploration of simulation models (apps) of various infectious disease transmission dynamics scenarios. The purpose of the package is to help individuals learn about infectious disease epidemiology (ecology/evolution) from a dynamical systems perspective.
