Patient-Level Indices from the OMOP Common Data Model R package OmopIndices version 0.1.0 Provides tools to derive standardised, reproducible patient-level indices and covariates from Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM) databases.
