Development of a Comprehensive R Library for Combining Diagnostic Tests
A comprehensive library in R programming language for combining two diagnostic tests using various approaches that includes statistical and machine learning based methodologies. These approaches are divided into four groups: linear combination methods, non-linear combination methods, mathematical operators and machine learning algorithms.
These binaries (installable software) and packages are in development.
They may not be fully stable and should be used with caution. We make no claims about them.
