OptimalSurrogate: Model Free Approach to Quantifying Surrogacy

Identifies an optimal transformation of a surrogate marker such that the proportion of treatment effect explained can be inferred based on the transformation of the surrogate and nonparametrically estimates two model-free quantities of this proportion.
