MCCM: Mixed Correlation Coefficient Matrix

The IRLS (Iteratively Reweighted Least Squares) and GMM (Generalized Method of Moments) methods are applied to estimate mixed correlation coefficient matrix (Pearson, Polyseries, Polychoric), which can be estimated in pairs or simultaneously.
